چکیده
Diarrheal diseases can lead to infections and cause morbidity mortality in children. Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli (DEC) is an etiological agent, which considered the major causative agent of diarrhea children some developing countries. The aims this work were estimate (E. coli) causing less than 5 years old, detect biofilm virulence factors effect antibiotics. For methodology, a total 112 specimens collected from two health centers, Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital Public Health Laboratory (located Al-Kut city/ Wasit province Iraq). All grown on simple rich media. A 43 (38.4%) E. isolates identified using different traditional methods, such as biochemical tests 16S rRNA sequencing. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing was used factor genes that play important role pathogenesis diarrheic e.g., rRNA, bfpA, eaeA. متن کاملMolecular Characterization and Antimicrobial Resistance of Uropathogenic Escherichia coli
Background:Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) are the most common infectious diseases in childhood. The Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) strains account for as much as 80% of UTIs. Objective:From a clinical perspective, it is important to know which virulence factors and antibiotic resistance properties are present in UPEC strains in pediatrics. Therefore, this study was carried out...

The aim of this study was to determine the occurrence of enterotoxigenic and enteroaggregative Escherichia coli strains and antibiotic resistance of the isolates in raw milk and unpasteurized cheese. Out of 200 samples of raw milk and 50 samples of unpasteurized cheeses, 96 and 24 strains of E. coli were isolated, respectively. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detec...
